My stay at the hotel was a mix of comfort and minor inconveniences. The rooms were clean and spacious but had a hint of cigarette smoke. The service was excellent with a friendly and helpful staff, although some areas lacked attention to detail. The location was convenient for my needs, close to the mall and with ample parking. The dining experience was satisfactory but had room for improvement. Overall, a decent stay given the value for money.
The hotel had modern appointments, was sparkling clean, but it gets so hot at night even with the lowest temperature setting. The location was convenient and close to many amenities and downtown, although it was rather noisy and unclean at times. The service was very friendly and welcoming, but there were some issues with a loud confrontation in the room. The dining experience was good, albeit with limited breakfast options. Overall, a clean and comfortable stay with friendly service, albeit some room temperature challenges and noisy surroundings.
The hotel accommodated us by transferring to a room that suited our needs, although facing the back of the property may not be ideal next time. The room size could have been smaller in depth for the room's size.
